Anya is built on Hermes Agent, the open-source agent stack developed by Nous Research. Hermes provides the execution engine, memory, tools, messaging channels and a learning loop that can create and improve its own skills. We then deploy a private instance and configure it around your business, rules and tools. Anya is not simply a prompt placed on top of a model.

To the vast majority of mainstream business tools, yes. The condition is straightforward: the tool must provide a usable API. Anya uses these APIs to read, create, modify or synchronise information according to the permissions you grant. Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, CRMs, Slack, Notion and many others can be integrated. When no usable API exists, we assess a custom connector; sometimes it is simply not reasonable or possible.

GPT and Claude can answer, reason, remember some preferences and use tools when they are open. Anya is permanently deployed in your environment: she has structured operational memory, works in the background, runs scheduled routines and chains actions across several tools without asking you to rebuild the context every time. Have you ever managed, while driving between two meetings, to send GPT a voice note asking it to retrieve the next meeting’s file, summarise it and email your guest to say you are on your way? That is the difference.

Onboarding maps your tools, priorities, rules, language, key people and limits. We integrate the useful documents and context, then test Anya on real situations. She enters your daily work with an initial operational understanding, not a blank page.

It stays in your private environment. Anya Agency does not copy it into a shared database, retain it for its own purposes, sell it or exploit it in any way. Your access credentials and secrets are never pooled with those of another client, and our AI systems are not trained on your data.

Yes, but only within the scope you authorise. You can allow her to execute routine tasks autonomously and require approval for spending, sensitive messages, deletion or any other critical action. These rules are explicit and can be changed at any time.

Because Anya is not generic software switched on with one click. This period covers onboarding, scope definition, programming, integrations, a test deployment in your real environment and the corrections required before final production.

Dedicated hosting, technical monitoring, maintenance, updates and the security of your Anya environment. It does not include per-user licences or the tokens consumed by AI models.

They are not billed by Anya Agency. You create your own OpenRouter account, add your card and can enable automatic top-ups. OpenRouter, the market’s largest AI model gateway, provides access to more than 400 models from over 70 providers. Usage is deducted directly from your balance at the model’s actual price, with no Anya markup. For standard use, this generally amounts to a few dozen euros per month.

Absolutely. Anya can notify you about usage and provide a clear breakdown by period. Budget caps can be defined to limit or block spending at your chosen threshold. You retain full control over the models used and the amount committed.

That is the objective. Anya learns throughout your collaboration, enriches her memory and evolves her skills as your activity changes. The Hermes stack allows her to create and rewrite her own procedures from accumulated experience. Her scope, rules and integrations can therefore progress without starting over, with human approval whenever a change affects a sensitive action.
